1 of 7: This item is inside the locked Chemtron building.
2 of 7: See the first set of hint questions in the Chemtron hint section to learn how to get into the building.
3 of 7: The wire cutters are up on a window ledge.
4 of 7: Find the room with the stairs going up to the door, then look around at its windows.
5 of 7: There's a partly-open window on one side.
6 of 7: Get up to it by climbing the vertical metal beam near the window like you would a ladder.
7 of 7: Once you're at the top of the beam, you can take the wire cutters.
