I can't find my way around this house either!
1 of 3: There are two rooms upstairs and two downstairs that you can access. The rest of it, police tape and all, is just decoration.
2 of 3: Downstairs: The library is through the double doors with glass that are under the stairs, directly opposite from the big blue front doors. The study is accessed via a door in the library, except you can't access it while it's guarded.
3 of 3: Upstairs: The housekeeper's bedroom is at the top of the stairs, directly over the doors to the library. Eulemberg's bedroom is to the right of the housekeeper's room (on the left when you first enter the house), and there's a guard here too.
