1 of 3: There are only three openable doors in this house. When you're talking to Travis, you can see two of them.
2 of 3: The large double doors under the stairs lead to the library; the single door above leads to the housekeeper's room.
3 of 3: Go into the library, then through the door at the left where there was a guard before.
