Where is Erika?
1 of 5: The address on the envelope mentioned something about the second floor.
2 of 5: You entered the museum at the basement level, so you'll need to go up two floors.
3 of 5: Use the elevator at the left in the lobby (not the freight elevator, which is broken) to go up to the first floor. It doesn't go any further than that, so you'll need to find another way to get up to the next floor.
4 of 5: There's another elevator on this floor, at the far left. Use that one to reach the second floor.
5 of 5: It's dark up here, but you can just see some double doors at the right. Go over there and go in.
