  • 1 of 4: The best place to look would be the Market.
  • 2 of 4: Have you talked with the shopkeeper there?
  • 3 of 4: There is, indeed, a fuel combiner at the Market.  However, you will need to pay for it.  Do you have any crits (money)?
  • 4 of 4: Take the crits that Dr. Jakar gives you, and give them to the merchant at the Market, to purchase a fuel combiner.
