How do I open the manhole cover?
1 of 3: The manhole cover on the Causeway can be opened by a lever.
2 of 3: The lever has to be used while standing on the lower portion of the deck.
3 of 3: When standing directly in front of the portal (and looking at the portal), pivot to the left and take one step forward. The lever is between the manhole cover and the stairs.
