1 of 7: They are being rented at the first shop on the right after climbing the hill to the Market.
2 of 7: You'll need to take a few steps forward, once you land the boat at the Market. Then enter the first store on the right.
3 of 7: Only, you won't be able to rent one the usual way.
4 of 7: Go to the back of the shop, towards the shopkeeper.
5 of 7: If you can find and help the shopkeeper's brother, he'll let you use one for free.
