Why can't I ask about that massive scar on her chest?
Because that's not a scar. When an autopsy is performed, the pathologist makes a Y-shaped incision to expose the organs. When the autopsy is completed, he or she sews up the incision again, mainly for cosmetic reasons. You'll see this same incision on every body you examine.
