How do I get a warrant to search?
1 of 4: This is triggered by something Lou says when you've got him in interrogation.
2 of 4: What he says is that he used the pesticide at Emily's house, and that she asked for a book about it. However --
3 of 4: -- that may not be all you need. Once when I played it I got to this point without thoroughly researching the tire track at the camp site.
4 of 4: If you can't get Lou to talk, go back to the tire track: collect it, search for it in the trace computer, ask Brass to track it down, get his report, and ask Lou, Carla, and Emily about it.
