How do I clear the smoke from the room inside?

  • 1 of 12: You're going to need to use your eagle-eyes to even FIND this puzzle. I spent a fair while wandering aimlessly around this room listening to that interminable recording.
  • 2 of 12: There is actually a small set of pipes and valves hidden in the room that you need to play with to turn off the smoke.
  • 3 of 12: They are located near where the thicker smoke begins, on the far wall.
  • 4 of 12: They are underneath a shelf on that side of the room, and you should find them without too much difficulty.
  • 5 of 12: Once you have, you need to play with the vales and switches in order to release the steam from the pipes.
  • 6 of 12: Firstly, you need to turn off the two small locks on the two wheels.
  • 7 of 12: They are located near the wheels. Click them both to pull them and allow the wheels to be turned.
  • 8 of 12: Turn the top wheel to the right until steam is released.
  • 9 of 12: Now turn the bottom wheel left until steam is released.
  • 10 of 12: Once the steam has been released, lock the system again.
  • 11 of 12: Push both of the two yellow handles to their original positions.
  • 12 of 12: You can now pull the large circular chain at the bottom of the screen to remove all that pesky smoke.
