Keeping the Bosses Happy: Reporting to Chief Morssen

At various points throughout the game, usually after certain key events, Phoenix will automatically be called into meetings with her boss, Chief Dagmar Morssen, to report key findings in her investigation. These may happen at certain times for certain players, and may not happen at those times for certain others. The game is non-linear, but the structure of these meetings is fairly straightforward. Phoenix will report any hugely pressing matters first. Next, you will have the choice to report on any other, perhaps more minor discoveries you have made in the last day or two. After this, you will have the choice to ask for warrants to speak to certain suspects, or at later points, warrants for property or locations. It is your choice on whether or not to ask for warrants -- the game will not be adversely affected by any decision you make during these meetings, so feel free to decide to ask for whichever warrants you'd like. They may be accepted, they'll probably be declined, but it's your choice.
