1 of 11: He usually won't come in until you see a few things first.
2 of 11: You need to examine his closet.
3 of 11: Specifically, look at the brown jacket twice.
4 of 11: Also examine both nightstands.
5 of 11: Look in the one in the lower right of the screen for the Oregon directory book and the postal receipt.
6 of 11: Look at the bullets in the other nightstand.
7 of 11: After doing all that and waiting about a minute of real time or so, you'll hear the key turning in the lock.
