1 of 3: Well, first you need to have gotten it at the Red Dragon Laundry with the ticket from Frankie's desk at the Newspaper Office. You can only get the ticket from the drawer after she's been kidnapped.
2 of 3: You don't need to wear the dress anyway.
3 of 3: Scott will take the notebook out of it, and that's all you need from it.
