  • 2 of 12: First, you must venture into the attic, go up from the third floor storage room.
  • 3 of 12: There you will find a boiler.
  • 4 of 12: Go around to the back of the boiler, and turn the valve to start the fire.
  • 5 of 12: Come back to the front of the boiler, and look at the valves.
  • 6 of 12: The first valve on the left is for the first floor.
  • 7 of 12: Turn it, and flip the switch at the left.
  • 8 of 12: Back down you go, to search the first floor of the hotel.
  • 9 of 12: You need to check in the first floor bath.
  • 10 of 12: Turn on the water in the sink, and then wait to see what happens.
  • 11 of 12: Watch closely, you might miss something.
  • 12 of 12: The last letter, which appears only briefly, is an "S".
