What numbers should I enter?
1 of 9: It wants the time and physical coordinates of its launch so it can return there.
2 of 9: You might be able to guess at the date, but how are you to get the coordinates right?
3 of 9: And even if you do get them, they're useless without the initiation code --
4 of 9: -- the four colored symbols at the bottom.
5 of 9: The first time you back away from the machine, Malakai says, "You are not ready, Map man. Leave this place and ponder. Leave this place and find your [answers] in this life, or the next. Free me!"
