What am I looking for with the telescope?
1 of 3: It has a very limited range, as you may have noticed. It won't go up and down at all, and it only goes a short way right and left.
2 of 3: So just move the mouse right till you see something that isn't a blurred cloud.
3 of 3: That's the lighthouse, and you need to sketch the symbol and Roman numeral you see.
