1 of 6: On the top floor of the level find and enter the room marked "AQUINAS ROUTER".
2 of 6: The code is next to the body of the dead mechanic in the vents -- 6765.
3 of 6: Go inside and press the two switches on the sides of the room.
4 of 6: Now use the computer terminal -- login "icarus", password "panopticon".
