How can I use the crates to get onto the ladder?
1 of 4: Drop the first crate directly under the ladder, but not right up against the wall.
2 of 4: Drop the second crate on top of the first one so that it's against the wall. That should create a small ledge on the first crate that you can use to jump onto the second crate.
3 of 4: Now comes the hard part. You need to look up and jump, then quickly grab onto the ladder before you fall back down.
4 of 4: Having the "Jump Enhancement" leg augmentation would help with that, but isn't necessary. However, if you don't have that aug, you may need to retry many times before you can grab onto the ladder and climb it. (Remember to lean on the "Jump" key instead of just tapping it.)
