How can I get them without being seen?
1 of 6: To start with, get them to come out of the bedroom and leave its door open by firing off a shot with a noisy weapon.
2 of 6: Do that inside the apartment, then quickly run out the door and go into cover mode to the right of it.
3 of 6: Wait for Double-T and his guard to give up on searching for you and go back into the bedroom, then wait some more for them to stop being alarmed.
4 of 6: NOTE: Instead of firing off a noisy shot, you could hack the bedroom's security device, then open the door while hiding to the right of it. Quickly crouch-run out of the apartment and wait for Double-T and his guard to stop being alarmed.
5 of 6: You can then use the "throw a box just outside the apartment" trick to lure the guard out by himself.
6 of 6: As for Double-T, the same trick may work on him, or it may not. If it doesn't, fire off a noisy shot from outside the apartment to lure him out.
