Find and speak with Tong Si Hung.
1 of 7: Talk to Bobby Bao at the bar about Tong to get referred upstairs.
2 of 7: Go up to the VIP lounge and talk to the manager at the bar.
3 of 7: You can get him to unlock the door to the basement for you by choosing the right dialogue options.
4 of 7: One combo that works is: pinpoint, advise, pinpoint.
5 of 7: Go back down the stairs and make a left U-turn to find the now-unlocked door to the basement.
6 of 7: Past it, turn right and go down the stairs, then turn right and go to the end of the hall to find the door to Tong's office.
7 of 7: Go inside and talk to Tong to get the next objective.
