Rotten Business

  • 1 of 15: Enter the Hung Hua Hotel through the door next to the helipad you arrived on, then go down the stairs.
  • 2 of 15: Go through the door that a working girl is standing next to, then enter the room where Edgar Lee and Mei Suen are arguing.
  • 3 of 15: Talk to Mei about the missing girl Ning, then agree to find her to get this quest.
  • 4 of 15: Return to the hotel roof, turn left and go up the steps, then turn left again to find Chuanli.
  • 5 of 15: When you talk to him, he'll refuse to tell you where Ning is unless you give him 2000 credits.
  • 6 of 15: Pay him if you can, since it gets you a good chunk of XP. (Then hit him with a takedown move so you can loot him and get your money back.)
  • 7 of 15: In any case, go look for Ning next.
  • 8 of 15: Before you can free Ning, you'll have to take out the three guys who are guarding her.
  • 9 of 15: After they're down, open the storage shed that Ning is being held in by either hacking its security code device or entering the code.
  • 10 of 15: Talk to Ning in the shed, then return to Mei's room on the fourth floor of the hotel and talk to her.
  • 11 of 15: When she asks you to kill a guy named Diamond Chan, you can either agree or ask for another way. In either case, you'll need to find Chan in his apartment.
  • 12 of 15: Open the door and charge Chan so you can hit him with a takedown move before he can shoot you. Or crouch down to the right of the door and go into cover mode, then open the door and wait for Chan to turn his back so you can sneak up behind him.
  • 13 of 15: What you do next depends on whether you agreed to kill him or not.
  • 14 of 15: When you're ready to leave, crouch-walk carefully to the edge of the roof, then go along it until you're directly opposite a ladder. Stand up and run toward the ladder to fall safely onto a small board platform, then climb down ladders until you reach the ground.
  • 15 of 15: Go back to the Kuaigan District, then return to Mei's room in the hotel and talk to her to finish up.
