Deus Ex: Human Revolution Hints

Shanghai Justice

  • 1 of 14: You'll get this quest while doing the "Hunting the Hacker" main mission's fourth objective.
  • 2 of 14: The first thing to do is check pod 9.
  • 3 of 14: After reading pod 9's ebook and pocket secretary, go to the local L.I.M.B. clinic.
  • 4 of 14: Enter the clinic and talk to Anonymous X at the "admittance and registration" desk.
  • 5 of 14: Read the autopsy report in the media logs menu, then go find Lee's apartment.
  • 6 of 14: To get in, you'll have to hack the security code device, which has a rating of 3. If you haven't bought the "Capture 3" upgrade for the "Hacking: Capture" cranium augmentation, now's the time to do so. (Or wait and come back to this quest later.)
  • 7 of 14: Enter the apartment, then check the bedroom and the bathroom to verify that Lee isn't home. After that, start looking for interactive items you can examine for clues.
  • 8 of 14: After you check everything, return to the Kuaigan District and get back into the Hive club the same way you did before.
  • 9 of 14: Go upstairs to the VIP lounge, then look for Lee sitting and drinking on the west side.
  • 10 of 14: When you talk to him about the evidence you've gathered, you'll need to choose the best answer from three possibilities for five different things.
  • 11 of 14: After Lee confesses, walk toward the stairs until Malik contacts you, then head over to the east side of the upper floor.
  • 12 of 14: Find the media screen control terminal on the wall directly behind the bar, then hack it. (Note that it's a *very* difficult hack, with two registries to capture.)
  • 13 of 14: After that's done, exit the Hive through its front door, then turn left and go down the street until you meet up with Malik.
  • 14 of 14: She'll give you a Praxis kit and say to face the Hive building. Do so to see what she does with the evidence you gathered against Lee.
