Deus Ex: Human Revolution Hints
Escape the ambush by reaching a lower floor.
1 of 13: Quickly use the security hub on the desk to disable two cameras, then exit the room.
2 of 13: Turn right and enter the next room, then go to the back.
3 of 13: Jump onto the small table with the coffee machine, then jump onto the filing cabinets so you can enter a vent shaft.
4 of 13: Skip the left branch and go straight. When you reach a vent cover, quicksave, then open it and take cover behind the planter that's to the left.
5 of 13: Stay in cover mode and quickly cover-jump your way along a series of three desks.
6 of 13: Go around the corner at the left end of the third desk, then edge over to where you can cover-jump to a pillar.
7 of 13: Leave cover mode and crouch-run over to the railing that's to the left of the nearby stairs, then crouch-run your way along it while sticking close to it.
8 of 13: Go into cover mode against the pillar that's next to the end of the railing and watch the soldier who's down the hall. When he's looking another way, crouch-run through the nearby doorway and down the stairs to the left.
9 of 13: Past the stairs, sneak over to the left side of the big doorway that leads to a room with two soldiers and a security camera in it.
10 of 13: When it looks safe, crouch-run to the back of the chairs that are over to the right, then cover-jump your way to one counter's end and then another.
11 of 13: If you look to the right from the second counter's end, you'll see the elevator just past a planter.
12 of 13: Verify that the soldiers can't see you, then crouch-run for the elevator and quickly use its control to open its doors.
13 of 13: Get in and use the inner control to get it going, after which you'll get the next objective.
