Deus Ex: Human Revolution Hints

Get inside room 802-11.

  • 1 of 7: After you exit the funicular, you'll need to get past a hallway that's guarded at both ends with laser alarm beams.
  • 2 of 7: Go down to the hallway T-intersection and turn left, then go up to the doors to Operating Area 3.
  • 3 of 7: As soon as you exit Operating Area 3, turn right and stay next to the right wall while moving into a corner.
  • 4 of 7: Crouch-run up to the next corner and go into cover mode right away. This should detonate the two nearby prox mines without doing you any damage. (You'll just have to wait a bit for your HUD to stabilize.)
  • 5 of 7: Sneak slowly down the stairs. If the heavy rifle guy who's down there is in an alarmed state due to the mines going off, hide from him until he goes back to his regular patrol pattern.
  • 6 of 7: Next, find a way to get to the Room 802-11 door.
  • 7 of 7: Before you enter Room 802-11, check the side room near it to find a heavy rifle and lots of ammo for it. Be sure to get it all, even if you have to drop some stuff. (Yes, another boss battle is coming up.)
