Secondary: Get a new biochip at the L.I.M.B. clinic.
1 of 5: Continue down the street until it slopes upward, then check the stairs on the right to see that they're clogged with people waiting to enter the L.I.M.B. clinic.
2 of 5: You don't have to wait in line, but you do have to duck a Belltower soldier who may see you and yell at you when you get close.
3 of 5: It's best to just run up the stairs to the left of the line and enter the clinic building before the Belltower guy can turn hostile.
4 of 5: Go up to the "admittance and registration" desk and talk to Huang Ling.
5 of 5: Say "no" when she asks if you want a new biochip, then check her store inventory to see if there's anything you want to buy. (If you say "yes" to the biochip, you'll deeply regret it during the next boss battle.)
