2 of 5: Go west to the street (Pandeng Road), then climb the ladder that's on the east side of the downtown apartments building.
3 of 5: Climb two more ladders, then go up the steps that are ahead and on the right.
4 of 5: Past the steps, run forward and drop onto the roof of the next building, then look for Mengyao between the two large skylights.
5 of 5: Talk to her to finish this quest and get "Corporate Warfare."
