What's a good way to take down those soldiers?
1 of 13: Look to the left to see a movable crate blocking a small gap in the nearby fence.
2 of 13: Wait until neither the nearby patrolling soldier nor the one past the fence can see you, then move the crate out of the way of the fence hole.
3 of 13: Set it down to the right of the fence hole so you can use it as cover, then watch for an opportunity to sneak through the fence hole and hit the soldier inside with a takedown move. (You'd probably better quicksave before you try, since he has a tendency to turn around at the worst possible moment.)
4 of 13: Go back through the fence hole and over to the planter at the bottom of the stairs.
5 of 13: Wait in cover mode for the nearby patrolling soldier to stop near your position, then go get him as soon as he turns around.
6 of 13: Quickly drag his body onto the stairs before the heavy rifle dude a bit farther back sees it.
7 of 13: Go along the railing to the northern stairs, then stay in cover mode to the left of the stairs so you can watch the patrolling soldier that's over to the right.
8 of 13: When he stops in a spot that's as close to you as his patrol pattern takes him, let him catch a glimpse of you by crouch-running (not cover-jumping) across to the railing on the other side of the stairs. Run back and forth if necessary for him to see you, but don't let him see you well enough to go hostile.
9 of 13: Hit him with a takedown move when he gets close enough, then drag his body onto the same stairs that you left another soldier on.
10 of 13: Go back down those other stairs and pick up the movable crate, then go drop it near the northern stairs.
11 of 13: Wait in cover mode against the railing to the left of the stairs until the patrolling heavy rifle soldier stops while facing your way, then quicksave.
12 of 13: Throw the crate at the stairs' right railing, then wait in cover mode for the soldier to come over to the base of the stairs.
13 of 13: When he turns his back, quickly go hit him with a takedown move. If you do it right, you'll be able to take him down and drag his body up the stairs and behind a railing without the turret at the other end of the area seeing you.
