Use the Leo Shuttle to reach Panchaea.
1 of 4: You now need to cross the bay and use the special shuttle to get to Panchaea. Whether or not there are a bunch of crazy soldiers to avoid will depend on whether or not you saved Faridah Malik's life at the beginning of Part 6.
