1 of 4: Only if you can hack level 4 security.
2 of 4: If you can, hack one of the chamber's three security hub computers.
3 of 4: Click on "opened" on the "doors" tab to permanently open one of the pods.
4 of 4: If you want to permanently open all three of them, you'll need to hack all three security hub computers.
