How can I get to Radford's apartment?
1 of 5: Go down the alley that starts next to Grayson's store, then follow it along until you reach a path split.
2 of 5: Go north at the split and climb the ladder, then go up two sets of stairs.
3 of 5: Open the window that's next to the third set of stairs, then crouch down and jump through it.
4 of 5: Go down to the end of the hallway, then turn right and look to your left for a side hallway.
5 of 5: Start down the side hallway, then go through the open door on the left to enter Radford's apartment.
