Deus Ex: Human Revolution Hints
How can I sneak in using the building tip?
of 10: Go back to the Chiron Building, then look across the street from it for a short alley with a climbable ladder.
of 10: Climb the ladder and run up the fire escape's steps until you reach a door, then go through it and down the hall.
of 10: The door at the other end of the hall opens onto a roof area that's past the DRB thugs' checkpoint.
of 10: Go to the corner of the roof that has a wooden pallet leaning on it, then carefully crouch-walk onto the ledge just past it.
of 10: Turn left and move onto the vent shaft, then go along it until you can drop onto another one.
of 10: Go to its other end, then turn right, stand up, and jump across to the nearby fire escape.
of 10: Go down to the lowest level of the fire escape, then jump over its back railing (the one opposite the side with the ladder) to get to the ground.
of 10: You'll now want to stand up and make a run for the door that leads into Derelict Row.
of 10: Stand up and run along the building wall until you reach a large red trash container, then turn left and run to its other end, then turn right and run up the board ramp and through the door ahead.
of 10: Note that one of the nearby guards will yell at you during your run, but he won't turn hostile and start shooting if you're fast enough. Also, him seeing you won't ruin the "Cloak & Daggers" side quest's secondary objective of remaining unseen in DRB territory.
