1 of 5: After Tong's son turns invisible and escapes, leave the cell and turn left.
2 of 5: Crouch-walk up to the door at the end of the little side hall.
3 of 5: Sneaking your way back through the guarded room is going to be *much* harder than before, though you can avoid it if you have the "Punch Through Wall" arm augmentation (or a weapon you can use to blast through a weak wall section).
