How should I sneak through it now?
1 of 4: Turn left and go down the stairs, then turn left and go down the next set of stairs while in cover mode next to the right railing.
2 of 4: At the end of the railing, quicksave, then watch for a chance to cover-jump over to a short metal wall.
3 of 4: Move about halfway down the metal wall, then wait for the heavy rifle dude to be walking toward the metal wall that's directly opposite yours.
4 of 4: Make a quick run through the nearby doorway and turn left. One of the soldiers will probably catch a glimpse of you, but hopefully won't turn hostile and start shooting. If he does, quickrestore and try again.
