Energy
These upgrades have to do with the energy cells that power certain other augmentations, including the ones that can make you invisible, take an enemy down in one move, and fire off the Typhoon Explosive System. They're only really useful if you want to use invisibility a lot, though note that doing so is almost never essential to remaining unseen -- it just makes sneaking up to or past enemies easier in many cases.
NOTE: Even with all of the energy upgrades, only the first (leftmost) energy cell will ever recharge on its own after being used up. You'll need to use cyberboost proenergy bars, packs, and jars to recharge the others.
* Sarif Series 8 Energy Converter (Torso): Energy Level Upgrade 1, 2, 3 => Gives you up to 3, 4, 5 total energy cells.
* Sarif Series 8 Energy Converter (Torso): Recharge Rate Upgrade 1, 2 => Makes your first (leftmost) energy cell recharge both sooner and faster after depletion. It also applies to any energy cell that gets partially drained by doing something like throwing a heavy object.
