Is there a code for the transmitter so I don't have to hack it?
1 of 6: Yes, on two different pocket secretaries. If you haven't gotten either one yet, they'll both be a bit of trouble to get to now.
2 of 6: One of them is in the building that's along the southern edge of the region. There's a door leading to it over in the area near the Derelict Row entrance, where I had you distract a thug by throwing a barrel.
3 of 6: Look for the pocket secretary leaning against a set of four barrels that have an ebook on top of them.
4 of 6: The other one is in the inventory of one of the three DRB thugs that are in the sewer camp near the hidden Praxis kit that's mentioned in the hint above this question.
