1 of 9: After Lieutenant Keitner leaves, go through your cell door and look around for exit possibilities.
2 of 9: There's a movable crate on top of a vent cover on the floor, and a door with a level 1 security device.
3 of 9: Taking the vent shaft won't get you past the two nearest guards, so it's best to hack the door's security device, then use the "open and close the door repeatedly" routine to lure one guard in for a takedown move. Drag his body into your cell, then lure in the other guard the same way, or by throwing the crate around. (Note that you may have to wait until he's near the door.)
4 of 9: Go up to the open door at the other end of the cell area and use cover mode to check the hallway past it. Wait if necessary for some guards to enter a side room, then crouch-run to the other end of the hallway, keeping left to avoid notice.
5 of 9: Go through the door at the other end of the hallway, then jump over some crates (or move the movable ones aside) to reach a locked door.
6 of 9: In the area past that door is a ladder. Sneak over to it, then climb up it and quickly hit the guard in front of you with a takedown move. After that, sneak over to a spot underneath the nearby security camera.
7 of 9: Wait until you can do so unseen, then open and go through the unlocked door that the camera scans past. Close it behind you, then look for a vent cover in the floor that leads to an electrified shaft section.
8 of 9: Drop into the vent shaft, then turn right at the shaft intersection. After you exit the shaft, jump onto the bundle of pipes that has a pocket secretary on it, then go along the pipes until you can drop to the floor again.
9 of 9: Look in the corner for some body armor that you can take. Doing so will get you the next objective.
