Deus Ex: Human Revolution Hints

How can I sneakily take down all four guards?

  • 1 of 10: Go through the doorway and up to the nearest crate, then wait next to it in cover mode until the two nearby guards stop talking.
  • 2 of 10: After the first one walks away, crouch-hop over the left end of the crate, then keep left as you carefully sneak up to the other guard and hit him with a takedown move.
  • 3 of 10: Drag his body back through the crates and over near the elevator, then go back to the spot where you took him down.
  • 4 of 10: Move on past that until you can take cover next to the stasis pod that's ahead.
  • 5 of 10: Move along it until you reach a small corridor between pod rows that's being patrolled by a guard.
  • 6 of 10: When the guard isn't facing your way, cover-jump across the gap, then move along the side of the next stasis pod.
  • 7 of 10: Cover-jump over to the next pod after that, then go up to where you can hit the stationary guard with a takedown move.
  • 8 of 10: Use cover mode to make your way back to the patrolled corridor, then wait in cover mode until the guard comes to your end and then turns around.
  • 9 of 10: Hit him with a takedown move, then quickly drag his body back a ways to make sure the security camera doesn't see it.
  • 10 of 10: The only guard that's left is in the second stasis pod area, and is distracted by his pod observations. It'll be easy to sneak up behind him and take him down.
