  • 1 of 5: Even though "Getting Inside Help" is technically a side quest, it's important to do since Quinn will do merchant business with you. Also, you should do the "Quinn's Scavenger Hunt" side quest to get a rocket launcher, which you can sell to Quinn if you don't want to keep it.
  • 2 of 5: After all that's done, take the elevator back to floor 1, then make your way to the detention camp.
  • 3 of 5: Crouch down after you enter the camp, then go forward and hit the nearby soldier with a takedown move.
  • 4 of 5: Go around the power generator, then cross a small bridge and go up the stairs to find another easily-taken-down soldier.
  • 5 of 5: Use the security mainframe port that's on the big console between the two computers to get the next objective.
