1 of 5: Via vent shaft.
2 of 5: The other end of the shaft is in the "Army Operations" room that's just across the hall.
3 of 5: Its door is unlocked, so watch the security camera until you can run across and go through that door unseen.
4 of 5: To get into the vent shaft, crouch-jump onto the machine that's to the right of it, then open the vent cover and jump toward it.
5 of 5: Go to the other end of the shaft, then open the vent cover and enter the "Special Operations" room.
