Diablo and Hellfire Hints
Ogden's Sign
Talk to Ogden to find out that the sign from the tavern has been stolen. You will find a room on the current level with the exit to the next level inside. When you enter the room, Snotspill will tell you about the sign too. Go as he directs and kill the "big uglies" and retrieve the sign. Don't give the sign to Snotspill -- take it to Ogden instead. You will get a Harlequin Crest that is okay for a Sorcerer, but better for the other characters to get identified and sold. When you return empty-handed to Snotspill, you will be attacked by a small army of carvers. A good magic spell works very well here; try Nova if you like. If you want to skip this whole quest, you can just teleport into the stairwell, but it is profitable to work through this short quest.
