Diablo and Hellfire Hints
Poisoned Water
You get this quest by talking to Pepin after you've visited level two or three. Go back down, and look for a crack in the wall, which should be easy to find as it is marked by bright candles on either side. Go in and kill everything in the tunnels, and you will finish the quest. If you want to watch the water change color, kill the monsters in the river room last. Go back to Pepin, and you will get the Ring of Truth, which is a fairly nice ring.
