General Combat Tip
I have found that Ice Blast combined with Meteor or Blizzard works best. After Ice Blast stops the enemy from coming at you all together, you can then hit them with a Meteor, turning them to dust, or you can hit them with a Blizzard which will quickly turn them into shards of ice.
