General Tips
Assassins can be extremely strong fighters, and will do well against the single bosses. They have to be a bit more careful around the mobs, and use some of the stealth skills and traps for which they are famous. Remember to always keep a clear retreat path available behind you -- don't get cornered by a mob.
If you want to go with dual claws, both Claw Mastery and Weapon Block are very useful.
