1 of 4: You'll find the tree southeast of Stonebrook.
2 of 4: Once you're out of town, go east until you reach water. Then go south.
3 of 4: Hit the tree to collect the nuts. There's an infinite amount of them, but you can only carry a limited number of items. Collect only 1 or 2, since you can always go back.
