4 of 5: To access it, go to Windemere's beach. Look for two rows of shells making a path into the water. Walk on that path to get there. Save your game first, though, because you can get "caught" in the water, meaning that you can walk on the water, but not on land.
5 of 5: Also the home of the most powerful weapon in the game. Can only be bought once you have reached the Edge of the World.
