Mystery Case Files: Dire Grove Hints
Felix Two
1 of 6: There's a hint to the second Felix in the office upstairs in the museum; however, that clue leads you to a place that generally isn't available by the time you get to the museum. So this may be one you don't get till the second time you play.
2 of 6: The clue on the floor of the museum office shows a hammer hitting a rabbit, then the rabbit's head being microwaved. It's not a real rabbit, obviously; does it look familiar?
3 of 6: It's actually the head of the rabbit lawn ornament, the one next to the generator that had the garage door opener buried at its foot.
4 of 6: As the note from the museum instructed, use your hammer on the rabbit ten times to knock its head off. Then take it to the store and put the rabbit's head in the microwave. This will reveal a hidden object scene in the shelves above the microwave. But --
5 of 6: -- you have to do this before you thaw out the frozen meat, because after you thaw out the meat you can't use the microwave. And since you have to thaw out the meat to get the bolt cutter that lets you into the museum where the note about Felix 2 is ... it's kind of hard to get this one the first time around. But hey, now you know!
6 of 6: At any rate, the piece you're looking for is the "Goldfish" on the bottom shelf at the left; that's Felix 2.
