1 of 8: You can make a weapon of sorts here on this screen.
2 of 8: Well, it's not really a weapon so much as something that might annoy the Elf Queen.
3 of 8: Talk to the Dibbler. See what he can give you.
4 of 8: If you go through all the conversation items, you should be able to buy some "balloons" (bladders) from him.
5 of 8: Now you should find a way of filling the balloons.
6 of 8: Not with air.
7 of 8: How about water?
8 of 8: Use the canteen filled with water from the Fountain of Youth on the balloons.
