1 of 4: As with all locations, someone has to give you a reason to go there.
2 of 4: In this case, it's someone new at the Cafe Ankh.
3 of 4: After you've talked to Nobby about Mysterious Passengers, go back to the Cafe Ankh to meet Ilsa.
4 of 4: After you finish yelling at her, show her the label you found in the hold of the Milka.
