How do I get it to show on the map?
1 of 6: As with all locations, someone has to give you a reason to go there.
2 of 6: In this case, you need to talk to several people, trying to discover what happened to Regin, the Count's friend.
3 of 6: First, talk to Carlotta at Saturnalia to learn about Regin.
4 of 6: Second, talk to the Count at the mansion to get an iconograph (photo) of Regin.
5 of 6: Third, talk to Scoplett at the Milka and show him Regin's picture.
6 of 6: Fourth, talk to Nobby at Pseudopolis Yard and ask about Regin's carriage.
