1 of 7: Did you read the notice on the wall?
2 of 7: You've met someone who works for Unseen Securities.
3 of 7: Anything with the word "unseen" in it is connected to Unseen University, the wizard's college.
4 of 7: Go to Saturnalia and talk to Warb, the rather limp wizard playing Truncheon at right.
5 of 7: He wants something to change his luck.
6 of 7: Give him Regin's bracelet and he'll tell you how to get past the security.
7 of 7: Go back to the vault and use the "back passage" clue on the panel.
